We’re excited to get our Youth Cheerleading and Basketball programs underway! We wanted to share a few important reminders to help practices and games run smoothly.

Schedules
You can view your child’s full practice and game schedule in the Playbook Connect App under the “Schedule” tab. Please be sure to double-check the location listed for each practice and game, as they may vary.

Practice & Game Locations

• Cheerleading Practice:
  Practices will take place in the Community Room, located on the second floor of the building.
  To access the second floor, please use the elevators to your right as you walk into the building.

• Basketball Courts:

  • Court 1 is located next to the Café

  • Court 2 is located next to the Cardio Equipment

Important Safety Reminder
For safety and insurance purposes, any child who is not enrolled in the program is not permitted on the court during practices or games.

Hello Parents and Guardians,

We’re excited to remind you that our Youth Basketball & Cheerleading Clinic is happening this Saturday, January 10th, from 12:00–1:30 PM at the Indianapolis Healthplex! 🎉

Because this special clinic is in partnership with the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever, it is extremely important that all participants arrive 10–15 minutes early. This will ensure your child is fully checked in, organized, and ready to go before we begin.

⏰ Important Timing Reminder:
The clinic will start promptly at 12:00 PM, and photos will begin immediately at 12:00 PM—late arrivals may miss their scheduled photo time.

Great news! The Indianapolis Healthplex has covered the cost for all participating members to receive digital access to their child’s team photo.
If you would like to purchase:

Good Morning Gentlemen,

Men's Basketball Games scheduled for today Sunday, December 14th are postponed and will be rescheduled to the end of the regular season due to the extremely low temperatures and road conditions.

Please use this time to continue to submit your ID's, finalize rosters and work on submitting final payments.

Hi Everyone,

This is a quick reminder that our Men’s Basketball League tips off this Sunday, December 14th. We’re looking forward to a great season, and there are a few important items to review before opening day:

1. Player IDs & Waivers
Please make sure all IDs and waiver forms are completed and submitted in Playbook.
If you’re unable to upload your ID through the app, please email a photo of your ID to Kathy Saltsman at KSaltsman@indianapolishealthplex.com.

2. Rosters & Final Payments (Due 12/21)
Team rosters and all remaining balances must be finalized before your second game on December 21st.
Any team with an outstanding balance after that date will incur a $50 late payment fee.

3. Court Access
Only approved personnel are allowed on the court area:

• Healthplex staff

• Referees

• Players (during their scheduled game time only)

4. Conduct Policy
Inappropriate language—including cursing or any type of violent threat—will be treated as a language foul and result in a $50 team fine.

5. Overtime Rules
All overtime periods will be played under sudden death rules.
