We are excited to officially kick off the season and wanted to share information on how you can view your child(ren)’s practice and game schedule!

There are two easy ways to access the schedule:

Option 1: Playbook Connect App

1. Download the Playbook Connect App
2. Log in using your personalized credentials
3. Click on the “Schedule” tab

Within the app:

• Games will be highlighted in orange with the word “Game” next to the home team’s name
• Practices will be highlighted in red

Option 2: View Online
You may also access schedules online using the links below:

Indianapolis Healthplex

Hi Volleyball Families,

We’re excited to welcome you to the Indianapolis Healthplex Youth Volleyball season—thank you for being part of it! We’re looking forward to a fun, energetic, and growth-filled experience for all of our athletes.

Our Kick-Off Clinic will take place on Saturday, May 2nd from 12:00–1:30pm. This is a great opportunity for players to meet their coaches, connect with teammates, take team photos, and jump right into skills and drills to get the season started.

As we move into the season, please note that all athletes will practice on Tuesday evenings from 5:30–7:30pm. We ask that players arrive on time and ready to go so we can make the most of each session. For safety and supervision purposes, parents are required to remain in the building during practices—children may not be dropped off or left unattended.

Our league is built around fundamentals and player development, and to support that, team rosters may be adjusted throughout the season to help maintain balanced and competitive teams.

We’re excited to get started and can’t wait to see everyone on May 2nd!

Hi Flag Football Families,

Game day is finally here…well, almost 😄

This is your friendly reminder that our first game kicks off tomorrow, Saturday, April 11th at 10:00am sharp! We’re excited to see everyone out on the field and ready for a great start to the season.

To help things run smoothly, please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early so your child(ren) can get checked in, find their team, and be fully ready to go when that first whistle blows.

Bring your energy, your smiles, and maybe a little sideline cheering spirit—we’re looking forward to a fun, positive, and action-packed morning for all of our athletes!

I just wanted to send a quick, friendly reminder that Youth Volleyball Spring Season registration closes on April 15th—it really snuck up on us!

If your child has been thinking about playing (or you’ve been meaning to sign up), now’s the perfect time. It’s always such a fun season watching the kids learn, grow, and just enjoy being out on the court together.

Also, we’ve got something extra coming up—a Back to the Basics Volleyball Clinic on April 18th. This is a great option if your athlete is newer to the sport or just wants to build a little more confidence with the fundamentals before games begin. It’s relaxed, supportive, and a lot of fun.

We’d truly love to have your family be part of the season—it's always a great group and an even better experience for the kids.

If you have any questions or need help getting registered, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Hello Parents,

This is a friendly reminder about our upcoming Youth Flag Football Clinic taking place this Saturday from 12:00–1:30 PM on the upper field.

Check-in will take place outside on the field, so there will be no need to enter the Healthplex prior to the start of the clinic.

In the event of rain, the clinic will be moved indoors to the basketball court. The clinic will not be cancelled, so please plan accordingly.

Please note that the Indianapolis Healthplex will not provide outdoor seating, so we encourage you to bring your own chairs.

Additionally, the Healthplex is a tobacco-free and smoke-free campus, and pets are not permitted on the premises (they must remain in your vehicle).

As always, please be sure to check your email and/or the Playbook Connect app for the most up-to-date information regarding clinics, practices, and games.
