Hello Camp Families!
Throughout the summer, families can expect to receive a weekly camp email from our team. These emails will serve as your go-to source for important updates, reminders, upcoming field trips, special events, schedule changes, camp highlights, menus, and everything else you need to know to help your camper have an amazing experience.
We encourage you to take a few moments each week to review these communications so you don't miss any important information. Our goal is to keep families informed, connected, and excited about all of the fun happening at camp!

📍 DROP-OFF & PICK-UP INFORMATION
🌅 MORNING DROP-OFF
Camp Entrance Location:
The camp room entrance is located on the southeast side of the building, directly across from the retention pond.
Drop-Off Times:
⏰ Begins at 7:30 AM
⏰ Ends at 8:15 AM
All campers must be signed in by an adult listed on the Authorized Pick-Up/Drop-Off Form.
Arriving After 8:15 AM?
Please enter through the main entrance, take the elevator to the 3rd floor, and escort your child to Room 300 for check-in.
🌇 AFTERNOON PICK-UP
Pick-Up Times:
⏰ Begins at 4:45 PM
⏰ Ends at 5:30 PM
All campers must be signed out by an adult listed on the Authorized Pick-Up/Drop-Off Form.
🚨 ONLY adults listed on the authorized pick-up list will be permitted to pick up children. 🚨
Please ensure your authorized contacts are current and accurate.
⏱️ LATE PICK-UP POLICY
A 5-minute grace period will be provided for families who may be running late.
Beginning at 5:36 PM, the primary account holder will be assessed a $5 per minute late pick-up fee until the camper has been signed out.

🎒 DAILY CAMP CHECKLIST
Please make sure your camper brings the following items EVERY DAY:
✅ Swim attire
✅ Change of clothes
✅ Water bottle
✅ Sunscreen
✅ Hat
✅ Sunglasses
💊 MEDICATION INFORMATION
If your child requires medication during camp hours, please provide:
✅ Medication clearly labeled
✅ Written instructions
✅ A separate bag (Ziploc bags work great!)
🚨 EAGLE CREEK FIELD TRIP WAIVER REQUIRED 🚨
FOR FAMILIES REGISTERED THIS WEEK ONLY
We will be heading to Eagle Creek Park for our exciting Camptown Field Trip!
Every camper attending must have a completed waiver on file before Friday morning.
Any camper without a completed waiver will unfortunately not be eligible to attend the field trip.

LUNCH & SNACK INFORMATION
The June Food Menu is attached to this email.
If you would prefer your child to eat something other than the meals provided, please send a packed lunch each day.
REGISTRATION REMINDER
Camp registration is completed on a weekly basis through Playbook Connect.
📅 Registration for upcoming week(s) closes every Friday at 5:00 PM.
Please register before the deadline to ensure your child's spot is secured.
