The tournament is a single-elimination format, so please make sure your team is prepared to play at its scheduled time and ready to advance through each round.

⚠️ Payment Deadline

ALL OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY WEDNESDAY AT 12:00 PM.

Payments received after the deadline will be subject to a $50 late fee. Failure to pay may also result in a potential forfeit, and unpaid fees may be sent to collections.

If you have not completed the required waiver, your child will not be permitted to attend camp or participate in the field trip tomorrow.

🧡 Field Trip Shirt

All campers are required to wear their orange Indianapolis Healthplex field trip shirt.

If your child has already received a shirt but does not wear it tomorrow, a replacement shirt will be issued, and a $25 replacement fee will be charged to your account.

🚌 Arrival Time

Please have your camper checked in by 9:00 AM.

Our bus departs promptly at 9:30 AM, and the extra time allows our staff to complete all necessary camp procedures, including attendance, meal preparation, transportation assignments, and group organization before departure.

The camp entrance is located on the southeast side of the building, directly across from the retention pond.

• Campers must be signed in by an authorized adult listed on their registration.
• If you arrive after 8:15 AM, please enter through the main entrance, take the elevator to the 3rd Floor, and check your camper in at Room 300.

🌇 Afternoon Pick-Up

🕔 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM

• Campers must be signed out by an adult listed on the Authorized Pick-Up Form.
• For the safety of all campers, only authorized individuals will be permitted to pick up children. Please ensure your authorized contacts are up to date.

⏰ Late Pick-Up Policy

A five-minute grace period is provided for families who may be running late.

Beginning at 5:36 PM, a $5 per minute late pick-up fee will be assessed until your camper has been signed out.

Dear Summer of Fun Camp Families,

We are excited to remind you that tomorrow's field trip destination is the Indianapolis Zoo!

To help make the day even more enjoyable, we recommend sending your child(ren) with up to $20 for optional miscellaneous purchases such as face painting, bubble wands, souvenirs, snacks, and other attractions available throughout the zoo.

☀️ Weather Reminder
The forecast is expected to be in the high 70s, so please make sure your child comes prepared for a day outdoors by bringing:

• Sunglasses
• Sunscreen (applied before arrival is preferred)

🚌 Arrival Time is Important
Please ensure your child(ren) arrive at camp no later than 9:00 AM sharp. We will be loading the buses and preparing for departure shortly after arrival.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to delay departure for late arrivals, so please plan accordingly.
