WE ARE GROWING! 🎉

We are incredibly excited to share that nearly 70 athletes are registered for our upcoming Youth Volleyball session!

That’s a LOT of volleyball energy — and we couldn’t be more excited to see our program continue to grow! 🏐🔥

Because of our amazing registration numbers, we are making an exciting change to help create the best possible experience for every athlete.

💙💚 NEW PRACTICE FORMAT 💚💙

To give our athletes more focused instruction and better opportunities to develop their skills, we will be dividing practices into two age groups:

🏐 THE “LITTLES”

Ages 7–9

📅 Tuesdays
⏰ 6:00–8:00 PM

🏐 THE “BIGS”

Ages 10+

📅 Thursdays
⏰ 5:30–7:30 PM

🚨 IMPORTANT: PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! 🚨

With nearly 70 athletes participating, practices and games will begin promptly at their scheduled times.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so your athlete has plenty of time to:

✅ Check in
✅ Get changed and ready
✅ Get their equipment together
✅ Be on the court and ready to play when practice begins!

We want to maximize every minute our athletes have on the court! 🏐⏱️

🟢 PARENT/GUARDIAN SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED 🟢

Please remember that Youth Volleyball is NOT a drop-off program.

A parent or responsible adult must remain at the Indianapolis Healthplex with their athlete at all times.

🚫 Athletes who are dropped off will not be permitted to enter the facility without an adult present.

Our goal at the Indianapolis Healthplex is to:

As we evaluate skill levels, ages, and overall team balance, adjustments may be made throughout the program.

Parents and spectators are NOT permitted on the volleyball court at any time.

The tournament is a single-elimination format, so please make sure your team is prepared to play at its scheduled time and ready to advance through each round.

⚠️ Payment Deadline

ALL OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY WEDNESDAY AT 12:00 PM.

Payments received after the deadline will be subject to a $50 late fee. Failure to pay may also result in a potential forfeit, and unpaid fees may be sent to collections.

Please take care of any outstanding balance before the deadline to avoid additional fees or issues with your team’s eligibility.

We're excited for tomorrow's Summer of Fun field trip! Please review the reminders below to help ensure your camper is ready for a fun and successful day.

If you have not completed the required waiver, your child will not be permitted to attend camp or participate in the field trip tomorrow.

🧡 Field Trip Shirt

All campers are required to wear their orange Indianapolis Healthplex field trip shirt.

If your child has already received a shirt but does not wear it tomorrow, a replacement shirt will be issued, and a $25 replacement fee will be charged to your account.

🚌 Arrival Time

Please have your camper checked in by 9:00 AM.

Our bus departs promptly at 9:30 AM, and the extra time allows our staff to complete all necessary camp procedures, including attendance, meal preparation, transportation assignments, and group organization before departure.
