Just a friendly reminder that Indianapolis Healthplex Game Night is TONIGHT at Gainbridge Fieldhouse! We’re excited to cheer on the Pacers together and hope to see many of you there for a fun night downtown.

Looking ahead—tomorrow, Saturday, January 17th, is the first official day of games for the Youth Cheerleading and Basketball League 🎉 We can’t wait to kick off the season!

A few important reminders as we begin:

• Seating is limited, so please do not reserve seats by placing personal items on chairs.

• No food or drinks are allowed on the court during games.

  • Exception: water bottles are permitted for players only.

• Attached to this email are the league rules. Please take time to read them carefully and ensure your family understands our expectations.

Our league is focused on learning, development, and teaching fundamentals, and we appreciate your support in helping us create a positive environment for all participants.

This is your friendly (and excited!) reminder about our upcoming Indianapolis Healthplex Game Night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, where we’ll be cheering on the Indiana Pacers as they take on the New Orleans Pelicans! 🟡🔵

If you purchased tickets in the designated Healthplex sections, keep your eyes open — you’ll have a chance to:

• 📺 Be featured on the Jumbotron

• 📸 See photos from last Saturday’s clinic displayed during the game

It’s a great way for our kids and families to be recognized and celebrate all their hard work!

🚨 Important Reminder
Please be sure to check your email regularly. Families of children who have been selected to join us at halfcourt have already received an email with important instructions on where and when to meet. If you received that message, be sure to review it carefully before game night.

We’re excited to get our Youth Cheerleading and Basketball programs underway! We wanted to share a few important reminders to help practices and games run smoothly.

Schedules
You can view your child’s full practice and game schedule in the Playbook Connect App under the “Schedule” tab. Please be sure to double-check the location listed for each practice and game, as they may vary.

Practice & Game Locations

• Cheerleading Practice:
  Practices will take place in the Community Room, located on the second floor of the building.
  To access the second floor, please use the elevators to your right as you walk into the building.

• Basketball Courts:

  • Court 1 is located next to the Café

  • Court 2 is located next to the Cardio Equipment

Important Safety Reminder
For safety and insurance purposes, any child who is not enrolled in the program is not permitted on the court during practices or games.

We’re excited to remind you that our Youth Basketball & Cheerleading Clinic is happening this Saturday, January 10th, from 12:00–1:30 PM at the Indianapolis Healthplex! 🎉

Because this special clinic is in partnership with the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever, it is extremely important that all participants arrive 10–15 minutes early. This will ensure your child is fully checked in, organized, and ready to go before we begin.

⏰ Important Timing Reminder:
The clinic will start promptly at 12:00 PM, and photos will begin immediately at 12:00 PM—late arrivals may miss their scheduled photo time.
